I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were well maintained and clean, equipped with a kitchen, but unfortunately, the AC was not the best. The service from the Saudi receptionists was excellent, offering room service, dry cleaning, and efficient housekeeping. The location was superb, nestled between two major malls and right in front of the nicest mall in KSA. The dining experience was a bit lacking with overdue food, but there were some self-service options available. Overall, I found the facilities to be top-notch, making it a great value for money.
